Quality Control Process
Product is put into production based on the specification and order quantity we’ve agreed in the proforma invoice, so customers is required to check carefully if there is any error.

Sct-Lighting, as a specialist pursuit high quality LED indoor and outdoor lights tracing from its source beginning, any raw material like the shell housing, driver, PCB, optical lens, wrong color temperature chips that will be inbound to our inventory for future production will be strictly examined first. The defective material will be asked to return to the original factory for reproduction.
During production, our skilled technicians & workers will do a series of saftey test such as 10KV high voltage insulation test, overload test, lit test, photometric test, waterproof test and aging test in order to make sure the products we ship out are in perfect condition.
For those large volume-sized goods like LED flat panel light that is easy to be damaged or broken during transportation, we usually use harden paper angle board to protect the panel lights.
